Over the last few months I received some really good news.... I was contacted by the Guild of Photographers who advised me I had been awarded 6 Bronze awards in their Image of the Month Competition for the month of June and 1 Silver and 6 Bronze for the month of May. I was really excited and proud of this achievement and thought I would take this opportunity to share these photography images with you.

Here are some examples of the pet photography I received awards for in the monthly competition. As a fully qualified photographer I like to take time to construct a pet image which is unique to your animal and shows their character. All pets are part of your family and it is important that you have images of them for years to come. This week a dog in my family had to be put to sleep and it is times like these that you can cherish the images that you have of your furry friends.

Here is a gorgeous image taken of Pixie the Pug, this was taken in our fully equipped studio as part of Pixie's Pet portrait session. Pet photography is becoming really popular as people have realised how important it is to get some gorgeous images of their beautiful pets and animals.

Here is another beautiful pet portrait, this image was taken as part of the Paw-Traits dog competition when i raised a large sum of money for the Dog's Trust. This image was taken in our fully equipped studio and a range of gorgeous images were captured which can be treasured for years to come.

This image was taken during a visit to my mums when i was testing a new lens, This image was taken in my mums dining room using natural light bouncing in the window. This portrait is of Jessie my mum's Border Collie who is very sucessfull at agility..

Here is another beautiful pet portrait, this image was taken as part of the Paw-Traits dog competition when i raised a large sum of money for the Dog's Trust. This image is of Murphy the Border Terrier and was taken during a location session at Linlithgow Loch.
