As a maternity and newborn photographer, I understand mums and mums to be, I normally spend everyday with them. Pregnancy is such a precious time but imagine going through the special journey into Motherhood whilst in the middle of a global Pandemic. Midwife appointments and  many antenatal classes have been cancelled and you have been placed in lock-down. You can't visit your mum for a cup of tea and a chat, you can't wander to the shops and pick up super cute baby-grows and items for your new arrival and your carefully planned baby shower has been cancelled. It's such a challenging time for all the mums to be during lock-down so I wanted to produce a nice safe group where these mums to be can turn to for advice, guidance, support and friendship. 

Part of the reason I am a photographer is because I want to capture special moments and what more special a time is there than being pregnant. If I can't take pictures I wanted to be able to make it special in other ways and give these mums the best experience they can have. Therefore, I created an amazing facebook group called Babies in Central Scotland - this group is filled with lots of expectant and new mums along with some specialists who can provide some advice, guidance and support. This is not a selling group just a nice group of ladies supporting each other during this strange time. Simple Positive Birth - who provides breastfeeding and hypnotherapy classes - she will be doing a free taster in the group for all new mums to be. 

Precious Time Therapies - Who has provided a free taster event on baby massage in the group and is on hand for further advice and support. 

Coco Moo's Music - is in the group and will be providing free baby music classes for all the little babies stuck at home. 

Baby Sensory - is a fun sensory class for babies and they will be providing taster sessions in the group

Daisy First Aid - Daisy First Aid offers fun and fear-free first aid courses designed specifically for parents and child carers
